Hello, my name is Dewi Owen and I’m Head of Ysgol Llanfyllin, the new bilingual all age school in Powys. I am also the ERW representative on the ASCL Cymru Council.
In September 2017, I embarked on my first Headship at Llanfyllin High School. Before this, I was Deputy Head at Newtown High School in Powys.
I am a fluent Welsh speaker, married and have three (nearly) grown up children.

Ysgol Llanfyllin: an all age school providing bilingual education for pupils aged 4 – 18. We have an outstanding team of teachers and support staff who deliver a rich and exciting curriculum to all learners – from our youngest in the Foundation Phase to our oldest in the 6th form.
